Related documents: Legal Notice · Privacy Policy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Franck Hernandez, the publisher of the Pacewell application ("Pacewell," "the App," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pacewell.

2. Not Medical Advice

Pacewell provides running training plans and general fitness and nutrition information for motivational and indicative purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or dietary advice. Calorie, macro, and micronutrient estimates are approximations — including estimates generated by AI — and are never guaranteed to be fully accurate. Nothing in the App replaces the advice of a doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian. If you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, or are new to physical exercise, consult a doctor before starting any training program, including one suggested by Pacewell. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the information the App provides.

3. Your Account

Pacewell does not use accounts, usernames, or passwords. An anonymous profile is created automatically on first launch, and is brought back automatically if you reinstall the App or move to a new device signed in with the same Apple ID (see the Privacy Policy for how this works). You may delete your profile and all associated data at any time from Settings inside the App.

4. Subscriptions

Pacewell offers a Pro subscription (billed monthly or yearly, as shown on the paywall) that unlocks the App's full feature set.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pacewell only for its intended personal purpose, and not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its AI features (for example, sending abusive or excessive automated requests) in a way that degrades the service for others.

6. AI Fair Use
